I am the mother of three children, who, similarly to many of their Polish peers, began their life’s journey on American soil. As a mother, I truly understand every parent’s concern and his or her endless effort for the best upbringing for his or her children, as well as their spiritual, emotional, and intellectual development.
Years ago, when not being able to find an appropriate preschool for my son, I faced the dilemma, what next? In this way, I began my life’s mission! I solidified my love for children with pedagogical knowledge, and the daycare founded by me became a second home for my son and many other children. In my work I am guided by my faith in children, and I make sure that, especially in our daycare, every child has the right to smile, the right to be independent, the right to have self-esteem, the right to make mistakes, and the right to success. With this principle in mind, I collaborate with the educators, who by taking on work in our daycare assume the responsibility of promoting our mission on a daily basis.
Since 1999, the patron of our daycare is Saint Dominick, a good role-model for our boys and girls. Under his patronage we serve Polish families in the Chicagoland area, providing attentive care for their children and ensuring their spiritual and emotional development, while supplying them with the fundamental preparation for further education.
